Our process for arranging flowers for installations

1. Quick questionnaire

In order to create a more personalised experience for you, we've created this short questionnaire. By answering the questions regarding your event's floral requirements and providing contact information, one of our skilled florists will be able to better understand what you're looking for and get in touch with you directly. This way, we can give you the best service possible and make sure that every detail of your event is perfect.

2. Consultation

After we've received your questionnaire, one of our florists will reach out to you to discuss the details of your event and get a better understanding of your vision. We'll talk about the style of your event, the colours you're working with, and any other important details that will help us create the perfect floral arrangement for you.

3. Design Proposal

Once we have all the information we need, we'll put together a design proposal for you. This proposal will include sketches of our ideas, as well as photos of similar arrangements we've done in the past. We'll also provide you with a quote for the total cost of the project.

4. Order Confirmation

Once you've had a chance to look over our proposal and decide that you'd like to move forward with us, we'll send you an order confirmation. This document will outline the specifics of your event and what you can expect from us.

5. Flower Installation

On the day of your event, our team will arrive early to set up. We'll make sure that everything is perfect and exactly as you envisioned it. And once your event is over, we'll come back and take everything down so you don't have to lift a finger.
